The Indianapolis Colts (8-6) travel to State Farm Stadium to face the Arizona Cardinals (10-4) for the Christmas nightcap at 8:15 p.m. ET on the NFL Network.
Arizona are on their first two-game losing streak of the season following losses to the Rams and Lions. Kyler Murray is currently without his most reliable option to DeAndre Hopkins, but the Cardinals will have to find other ways to make up for the All-Pro’s production.
Jonathan Taylor and the Colts come in strong, winning five of their last six games, with the only loss at the hands of reigning Super Bowl champions Tampa Bay Buccaneers. If Taylor can score 146 scrum yards and one touchdown on Saturday night, he will become the first Under-23 player with at least 2,000 scrum yards and 20 touchdowns in a single season.
If the implications of the playoffs weren’t enticing enough, there will be history at stake in Arizona as well.
